Each tenant over 18 years of age must fill out their own application form applications must be completed in full and returned with the requested references – incomplete application will not be reviewed.

Upon approval, we require one month’s rent and a security deposit equal to one month’s rent, up front.

Please note:

Due to the level of demand viewings on properties are limited and are held on a first come-first served basis. Leases are for a minimum of 12 months, unless otherwise stated in the advertisement.

Should the landlord accept your application, you will be required to furnish us with your PPS number in order to register the tenancy with the RTB, a utility bill confirming your name and the address on your current landlord reference and photo ID.

Should the landlord accept your application, you will be required to pay the first months rent and security deposit (equivalent to the one month’s rent).
